Welcome to ZafExpress Truck Dispatching Services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our dispatching services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth partnership.

1. Services Provided

ZafExpress provides truck dispatching and logistics coordination services for independent owner-operators and trucking companies operating within the United States. Our services include:

• Searching and negotiating freight loads with brokers and shippers.
• Communicating with brokers on behalf of the carrier.
• Handling rate confirmations and necessary documentation.
• Providing route and load information to the driver.
• Administrative support related to daily freight operations.

Note: We act solely as a dispatch service provider and not as a freight broker or motor carrier.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

Our relationship with clients is that of an independent contractor. ZafExpress does not control driver operations, equipment maintenance, or insurance obligations. The motor carrier is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and FMCSA regulations.

3. Carrier Responsibilities

The carrier agrees to maintain:

• A valid MC/DOT authority.
• Required insurance coverage (Liability and Cargo).
• Driver compliance with safety regulations.
• Properly maintained equipment and licensing.

4. Dispatch Service Fees

Clients agree to pay a dispatch service fee as agreed in the service agreement. Our typical fee structure is:

• 5% – 10% of the gross load rate (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Fees are due upon receipt of payment from the broker/shipper or according to the agreed invoicing schedule.

5. Non-Circumvention

Clients agree not to bypass or circumvent ZafExpress by directly contacting brokers or shippers introduced by our team for a period of 12–24 months following the introduction. Violation may result in legal action.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ZafExpress shall not be liable for:

• Cargo damage or loss.
• Accidents or safety violations.
• Broker non-payment or load cancellations.
• Delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or traffic.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (typically 7–14 days). Immediate termination may occur if carrier authority becomes inactive or if insurance coverage lapses.

8. Confidentiality

All business information shared, including broker contacts, load details, and pricing agreements, must remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
