ZafExpress provides truck dispatching and logistics coordination services for independent owner-operators and trucking companies operating within the United States. Our services include:

Our relationship with clients is that of an independent contractor. ZafExpress does not control driver operations, equipment maintenance, or insurance obligations. The motor carrier is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and FMCSA regulations.

Clients agree to pay a dispatch service fee as agreed in the service agreement. Our typical fee structure is:
Clients agree not to bypass or circumvent ZafExpress by directly contacting brokers or shippers introduced by our team for a period of 12–24 months following the introduction. Violation may result in legal action.
ZafExpress shall not be liable for:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (typically 7–14 days). Immediate termination may occur if carrier authority becomes inactive or if insurance coverage lapses.
All business information shared, including broker contacts, load details, and pricing agreements, must remain confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
